"Sour Cream" and Chive Breakfast Sandwich 36g Protein 32g Carbs 4g Fat 311 Calories

I like strong vibrant flavors so you DO NOT have to add as much I as I did.

To adjust macros, don't add as many egg whites, and you can switch around what you make your sandwich with for less carbs.


  • 3 Egg whites

  • 1 tbs Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Slice Turkey bacon ( I used Sam's Choice uncured, nitrate free)

  • 1 Sandwich Thin ( I used Brownberry 100% whole grain made with olive oil and sea salt)

  • 1/2 tbs dried parsley

  • 1/2 tbs dried chives

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash "Onion & Herb"

  • 1 Laughing cow cheese wedge " Garlic and Herb"

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

  • Dash of Himalaya salt (optional)


Break the bacon into pieces, doesn't have to be fancy unless you want to be fancy. While cooking the piece of bacon, Mix together the dry ingredients with the egg whites and yogurt, then get your thin bun in toaster ready to go.

Bring to low heat and add the egg mixture to the bacon.

Continue to mix up the eggs so they do not stick to the pan.

While that is cooking, toast your thin bun if you would like.

Once toast is done, spread they laughing cow cheese on the toast and add the garlic paste on top of that.

Add cooked eggs to your toast and BAM! Sour cream and chive samich!


For prep, make as many up as you would like then store in the freezer in a zip lock.

Heat up in the oven or microwave when you are ready to enjoy again!
