Ingredients:

1/4 sliced avocado

1 large egg

2 egg whites

1/4 diced tomato

1 Light Original Flatout Wrap

1 tsp Mrs. Dash of your choice

1/2 tsp cilantro

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix all spices expect cilantro and mix with egg whites

  2. Prepare eggs as you wish. I like to cook my whole egg over-medium for the yolk.

  3. Toast your wrap on each side for a nicer texture and taste

  4. Top your wrap with sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, and cilantro
