Delicious, 10 min. Fall Breakfast 28g Carbs 20g Protein 6g Fat 235 Calories

This delicious low sodium, macro friendly breakfast has:

2 Egg whites

1 Slice Turkey Bacon (I used Uncured, Sam's Choice)

1/2 Cup Oat Meal (Instant)

1 Cup water

1/4 tsp Apple pie spice

1/4 tsp All spice

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

2 tsp Stevia

1/4 tsp Maple flavoring (optional)


  1. Start cooking the slice of bacon, after about 5 minutes, add your eggs.

  2. While the bacon and eggs are cooking, heat the oatmeal with water for 1 minute

  3. Add more water if you like a smoother texture.

  4. Mix the spices on the side and then mix into the oatmeal.

**IF you need more protein, add egg whites. If you need more carbs, add more oatmeal. Macros will vary.

Enjoy the oatmeal along side the eggs and bacon. Add pepper to eggs or any other non salted spice for flavoring.
