  • 12 ounce (340g) cooked chicken breast (diced)

  • 1/3 cup (76g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 medium (3" dia) (91g) apple (diced)

  • 1/2 cup, diced (75g) celery (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup (33g) "Craisins" original dried cranberries

  • 1/4 tsp (2g) salt

  • 1/8 tsp, ground (0g) ground black pepper

"Ezekiel" Sprouted Whole Grain Bread

  • 1 1/2 slice (51g) "Ezekiel" sprouted whole grain bread

Preparation

Chicken Salad

  • Mix the chicken salad ingredients together in a medium bowl. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired. Final Steps
